I was asked to make a wishlist of gifts I would like to receive from my friends and family. I thought about it over the past few days and realized a few things:

  1.  I deserve to wish for things and receive them.  I’m not used to thinking like that, believe it or not.  I’m used to the ‘do it for myself, get it for myself’ mentality.  I wasn’t taught to think otherwise. I’m probably not going to change much, but I have learned to stop being everyone’s Savior.  I am beginning to open myself up to the idea of others doing for me.  It’s uncomfortable... Thank you in advance.

  2. Earth is so awful sometimes.  A lot of awfulness comes from us human beings.  We’re guilty of a lot of things that are wrong out here. (Earth is ghetto AF.)  If you can do one ‘thing’ for me, be aggressive with becoming less awful of a person today than you were yesterday.  Please.

  1. Vinyl Records- I bought my first record player this year and I need to build up my record collection

  2. Escobar Cigars- I became a Cigar Enthusiast at age 30 and a Nas Enthusiast long before that.

  3. A Cigar Humidor & Cutter- Accessories for an Enthusiast

  4. Anything by Amanda Seales or her brands- Her book… SFB Membership… whatever.

  5. Aaliyah Merchandise- Do I need to explain?

  6. Mary J. Blige Merchandise- DO I NEED TO EXPLAIN?

  7. A Samsung Tablet- For my travels.  

  8. A Houndstooth Travel Pillow- My aunt took my houndstooth pillow several years ago.  I don’t even speak to her anymore.  #realtalk

  9. Airline Mileage Points in my name- You know the vibes.

  10. Legos- I love legos.
